1. Information We Collect

• Account identifier and, when Apple provides it, your email address (for sign-in, purchase history, and support)
• Photos you upload to generate stickers
• Purchase and transaction metadata from Apple and our purchase infrastructure provider

• Device and app information
• IP address (used for security, fraud prevention, and analytics)
• Service usage data (features used and actions taken)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the Service
• Generate personalized sticker content
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Improve product performance and user experience
• Communicate with you about your account or orders

3. Photos & Generated Content

• Photos selected before sign-in stay on your iPhone. They are uploaded only when you start a sticker generation.
• Uploaded source photos are used only for that generation request and are sent to our AI generation provider.
• We do not sell or publicly share your photos.
• Our backend deletes temporary uploaded source-photo copies when the generation reaches a final success or failure state.
• Your selected local photo remains under your control on your iPhone; starting a new creation removes the previous in-app draft copy.
• Generated stickers are stored with your account so you can view and download them again.
• You can delete your account in the app from Settings → Apple Account → Delete Account.

4. Payments

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. RevenueCat helps us validate purchase status and reconcile purchased creation uses. We do not receive or store your full payment-card credentials.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data with:

• Apple and our purchase infrastructure provider
• Cloud infrastructure and storage providers
• Our AI generation provider, solely to create the requested stickers
• Error monitoring services, without source photos or complete generation prompts

All partners are required to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

• Provide the Service
• Meet legal, accounting, or security requirements

Temporary uploaded source photos are deleted after a final generation success or failure. Generated stickers and account records are retained so the account features remain available, unless you ask us to delete them or a longer period is required by law.

When you confirm in-app account deletion, access to the account, generated stickers, and unused creation uses ends immediately and cannot be restored. We anonymize the service account, revoke the Sign in with Apple authorization, and delete generated sticker files within 30 days. We may retain only the minimum transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or legal records required for those purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
